Welcome and thank you for being a part of Dinner Church at STM!
Please follow these simple guidelines:
- Please plan for your group to be at STM from 10:30AM-1:15PM.
- Please have your group arrive on time.
- It is most helpful to bring prepared food in roasters or crockpots to keep warm, unless you are dropping off.
- Prepare for 65 meals. the numbers are relatively unpredictable, in the past month we have served from 65-95.
- Enter through the RED WELCOME DOOR on Center St, and please sign in as volunteers.
- *If assistance is needed carrying food, inform someone at STM and we will assist.
- *There is a ramp to the front door that can be used.
- Group will be briefed, offered a tour, and given name-tags if needed.
- Set up will take place and you will be guided on what to do.
- The abbreviated service begins at 11:30AM, so everything should be set and ready to go by 11:45AM.
- If your church would like to send someone to sing or bless us with music, please let us know ahead of time. If your group has any or several Christians willing to be a "Table Host", and facilitate conversation relating to the message and service, this would be ideal, but is not required.
- Looking forward to seeing you and for you to engage with and bless our Sojourners! Be prepared to be flexible and be prepared to be blessed.
